Article of Incorporation for Jetro Web Development

Article I: Name

The name of the corporation is Jetro Web Development.

Article II: Duration

The corporation shall have perpetual existence unless dissolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction.

Article III: Purpose

The purpose of the corporation is to engage in the business of web application and mobile application development, as well as related technology services. The corporation is authorized to operate within Liberia and other countries around the world, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Article IV: Registered Office and Agent

The corporation shall maintain a registered office in the jurisdiction of incorporation. The registered office address is [coming soon]. These Articles of Incorporation shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation.
